RETURNS POLICY

Please remember that once the hair has been braided it cannot be returned. If the hair has been submerged in water it also disqualifies it from a refund. These policies are in place to maintain the quality and integrity of our products. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation

To make a return,email us at support@noya.hair within 14 days stating your order number and “return” in the subject of your email. In the body of your email please state your reason for return.

Once this has been approved, send the product back to us within 14 days of notifying us, using one of Royal Mail’s Tracked services (for UK returns) or contact us at support@noya.hair for non-UK returns. Please note that return costs are at your expense. Please also note that any returns without a tracking number will not be refunded.

Braiding Hair Extensions Returns

We understand that sometimes the texture, length or style might not be what you envisioned and if this is the case, we are happy to help you sort a return. However please take note of our eligibility criteria for returns.

To be eligible for a return, your braiding hair extensions must adhere to the following criteria:

- hair must be returned intact in all original packaging and in a saleable condition

- Product hasn't been altered (braided, brushed out, cut, coloured, bleached) or soaked in hot water

- Product doesn't appear to have been worn.

This eligibility criteria mentioned above applies to non-UK returns as well. If an ineligible return is received, the order will be sent back and the customer will bear the cost of that return.

Also, be aware that refunds are only applicable to standard delivery costs and any product returned should not be used or damaged. If a product has been visibly used or damaged, we reserve the right to refuse the refund. Once we receive the returned product (or evidence of return), we aim to process your refund within 14 days via the same method you used for payment.

Please remember, Noya Hair Limited isn’t responsible for any damage caused by third parties, improper maintenance, or unreasonable braiding techniques. Make sure to comply with our recommended care guide instructions to keep your Noya Hair looking fabulous.
